Perhaps like some people, we once thought real estate broker's fees are often unearned in relation to their effort. After having dealt with a few different brokers in the Newton area, we soon realized there is a big difference between brokers. I more or less stumbled onto Brenda's keen insight into the real estate market almost 25 years ago. From that time, she has helped us with four closings and many searches for investment real estate.

When we outgrew our first home, we began looking through newspapers for open houses. I would speak with Brenda weekly about our search. She was clear about our desires for the new home. It was then we forged a respect and friendship that has lasted many years.

With future sales, again she made the difference between smooth running closings. If there were issues, and there often are, Brenda could be counted upon to get things done correctly and quickly. Whether buying or selling, she was involved thoroughly. There wasn't anything she wouldn't do for us. We met Brenda several years ago at a time when we needed to sell a home which we had recently purchased. This home had been on the market for over a year before we bought it, and we knew that we could have a difficult time reselling it so soon. Brenda helped us with every phase of selling.

She first met with us and made recommendations about how to make our home more attractive to buyers. She listened to our opinions about asking price, and then gave us her best advice. She was creative in her negotiations and gave us sound advice. She made sure that the deal was properly closed, and followed up to make sure we were happy with our new home. She had befriended our 3 year old daughter during the course of our transactions, and she even took her out for tea and dessert after we moved to our new home.

Brenda knows the real estate market in this area like no one else. She is incredibly efficient. She does everything very quickly and very well. We trust her integrity and her advice.
