Buying or Selling a Home!

HAVE YOU HAD ANY OF THESE THOUGHTS LATELY?

  • What is the value of my home in today's market?

  • My house needs major repairs, should I renovate or buy?

  • Should we build an addition, move to a larger house or downsize?

  • What is for sale in the Newton area?

WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH ME OVER MY COMPETITORS?

I understand people's mixed emotions when deciding to sell their home. Selling a home today can be complicated and stressful. I know your home is your single most valuable asset. My negotiating, communicating and marketing skills along with my sensitivity to the needs of both sellers and buyers assure you a successful, worry free transaction.

Buying a Home

When planning to buy a new home there are many aspects to consider. I will meet with you and listen to your needs related to all of the following:

  • Size and style of home

  • Transportation to/from work

  • Public/private schools

  • Electricity, gas, water, telephone. internet, cable and other preferences

  • The other factors which will help us find the ideal home for you and your family

Once I have truly understood your needs, I will identify and show you the available properties most likely to meet your requirements.

Selling a Home

If you plan to sell your home there also are many aspects to consider. I will meet with you and listen to your concerns relating to the sale of your property such as:

  • LOCATION - The old adage of location, location, location is true. Homes in good locations sell more easily.

  • CONDITION - I will offer suggestions on ways to present your home: how to eliminate clutter, what might need repainting, whatever might help prepare your home for sale.

  • MARKET - I will advise you of the current market conditions and work with you to price your home correctly.

  • PRICE - How much you ask must be in line with the location and condition of your home and the current market. My experience in the Boston West real-estate market will enable us to determine the optimal price for your home.

As a real-estate agent with over 30 years experience in Newton and surrounding towns I will be able to guide you through the twists and turns of a successful real-estate transaction.
